We have an orange kitty that comes by to visit too! Well actually she's a light peach color, and she's totally fluffy and extremely voluptuous. I've been teasing our kitty Shrimpy calling her his girlfriend, but he hates her. We've been calling her Penelope The Peachy Princess! She always comes to our kitchen window and meows at us, GAWD, she's the cutest EVER! I think she lives next door. And tonight, a very young black short haired kitty came visiting at the window... I don't know what it is about the kitchen window, but the kitties love to come visiting! If only Shrimpy wasn't such a bully I could let him go out and play with his cool kitty neighbors. I have to keep my boys inside now because Shrimp picks too many fights, and I'm worried that my venerable gentleman, Hannibal will get hurt - he turned 16 in April. So I guess all the kitties that get to go outside feel badly for my boys and come over to visit ;)

I hope the grey kitty is okay!

Yeah, I never understood the idea of keeping kitties outdoors all the time. My boys use to just hang out in the back yard for an hour a day or so. And they would come back in when I called them... it was very cute. Sometimes Shrimp would go to the yard next door, but mostly they would just explore our back yard and have fun... and I felt like it was okay since there is no access to the street - but when the kitties next to us moved in Shrimp freaked and got into way too many fights - so no more outside for either of them. Poor Shrimp, he's one of those kitties who LOVES being outdoors. He was born in Half Moon Bay in a barn to an outdoor barn-kitty-mama, so he's happiest when outside, but I think he's getting use to the idea that he's an indoor only kitty now. I think Hannie just liked to hang out in the grass and lay in the sun, and feel the wind in his long fluffy fur... but he's such an old gentleman now I would worry something oogie would happen to him - and he seems perfectly happy to be a total indoor gentleman now...
